What types of fences and barriers do you offer?

We have a huge selection including crowd barriers, bike rack, soft/mesh fencing, chain link, wooden privacy fencing and decorative options too. We utilize only commercial-grade equipment designed specifically for special events rather than unreliable consumer products.

How far in advance should I contact you about an upcoming event?

We suggest connecting at least 4-6 weeks beforehand for smaller events (under 200 attendees). For very large events like concerts/festivals, 6 months ahead is better to start planning. But we can sometimes accommodate last minute rentals too depending on other scheduled deliveries.

Is Nampa Fence insured?

Yes, we carry $2 million in general liability insurance. Many venues also require valid Workers Comp and Auto insurance documentation from vendors which we readily provide.

Do you provide fencing installation services outside of Nampa/Boise?

Definitely. We handle deliveries and setups for special events across much of Idaho including Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Lewiston, Coeur d’Alene and various rural locations. Surcharges may apply for longer travel distances.

What type of terrain can you install fencing on?

Our crews are extensively trained to handle a very wide range of installation sites – grass, dirt, gravel, pavement, wooden/concrete flooring. We bring appropriate tools and supplies for varied ground conditions at convention centers, ranches, parks and other venues.

How do we arrange for fencing setup if our event spans multiple days?

For multi-day events like festivals, we can arrange to install everything at the start then leave barriers/fencing erected the entire time through takedown. Or we offer daily setup/takedown service too. Just inform us of the preferred schedule.

Is your rental fencing easy to damage?

We utilize only thick-gauged steel and iron fencing plus hardy barricades designed to withstand rowdy crowds. While accidents happen, our rental gear is far more durable than items found at local home improvement stores which aren’t meant for large events.

How do we ensure rental fences and barriers stay securely in place?

Proper anchoring is key – we drill stakes deep into dirt/grass and utilize sandbags, concrete blocks and weighted plates on hard surfaces. Fencing is installed snug with no wiggle room. We also provide locks, lighting and 24-hour access if extra security is preferrred.

Do you offer any discounts for non-profits, charities or community events?

Absolutely! While our rates are always reasonable, we provide 10% or greater discounts to organizations staging events to benefit charity foundations, schools, churches, food banks and other community causes near and dear to our hearts!
